General Usage

  • iSPOT services must only be used for lawful purposes.

  • Users must not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our network.

  • You agree not to resell, share, or redistribute your internet connection without prior written consent.

Do not use our services to access, share, or distribute:

    • Pirated software or media

    • Child exploitation material

    • Hacking tools or malware

    • Content that promotes terrorism, hate, or violence

  • Avoid excessive bandwidth usage that negatively affects others.

  • Users on shared plans may experience speed limits during peak hours to maintain fairness.

Do not attempt to:

      • Hack, probe, or scan our network or any connected devices

      • Bypass security features or firewall restrictions

      • Host unauthorized servers or proxy services

You must not:

    • Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)

    • Harvest email addresses or personal data

    • Use fake sender information or misleading subject lines

Hotspots must be used respectfully:

    • No torrenting or illegal streaming

    • Limit usage time if the hotspot has session rules

    • Public users should not tamper with hardware or settings

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Warning notices

  • Temporary or permanent suspension

  • Legal action where applicable
